 I am a mother of four daughters and live with my husband on our mixed-family farm in North Wales. My professional background encompasses a variety of roles, but at the core of everything I've done has always been a focus on people.

I’m passionate about working at Cultivate-Success because my role centres around people—helping, developing, and connecting them through mentoring, all within the food and farming industry, which holds special meaning to me. The company's culture aligns with my personal values, allowing me to maintain a healthy work-life balance while prioritising my family as well.
