Thank you for purchasing tickets to Cultivate Success Professional Development and mentoring program. We strive to ensure all attendees have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing your tickets.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refunds:
- Cancellation by Organizer: If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
- Rescheduled Event: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund if they are unable to attend on the new date.
- Partial Refunds:
- Requests Made 30 Days Before the Event: Attendees who request a refund at least 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Requests Made Less Than 30 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 30 days before the event date.
- No Refunds:
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be given to attendees who do not attend the event without prior notice.
- Weather Conditions: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to adverse weather unless it leads to the cancellation of the event by the organizer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email mentoring@cultivate-success.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request. All requests will be processed within 14 business days.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during ticket purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Changes to this Policy
Cultivate Success reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
