Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Referral Program! We appreciate your support and are excited to offer you and your friends exclusive discounts and vouchers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Referral Program is open to all individuals who have previously attended an event or course hosted by Cultivate Success Ltd.

1.2 Both the referrer (the person making the referral) and the referred friend (the person being referred) must be aged 18 or over and residents of the United Kingdom.

1.3 The referred friend must not have previously registered for or attended any courses or events hosted by Cultivate Success Ltd.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1 Referrer Reward:

- Upon a successful referral, the referrer will receive a £25 voucher for Love Voucher or equivalent.

- The voucher will be sent via email to the referrer within 14 days after the referred friend's purchase has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

- The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of retail outlet, which may include expiry dates and restrictions on use.

2.2 Referred Friend Discount:

- The referred friend will receive a 10% discount on their first course or event booked with  Cultivate Success Ltd.

- The discount will be automatically applied at the time of booking using a unique referral code provided by Cultivate Success Ltd.

3. How to Refer a Friend

3.1 To refer a friend, the referrer must provide the referred friend's contact information through the designated referral form on our website or via email to mentoring@cultivate-success.com.

3.2 The referred friend must use the unique referral code provided to them at the time of booking to receive the 10% discount.

4. Voucher and Discount Terms

4.1 The £25 voucher for Love Voucher:

- Is subject to Love Voucher's terms and conditions, including any expiry dates and usage restrictions.

- Cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

4.2 The 10% discount for the referred friend:

- Is valid only for the referred friend's first booking.

- Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made prior to receiving the referral code.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Referrals must be made in good faith. Any referrals deemed to be fraudulent, suspicious, or violating these terms and conditions will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cultivate Success Ltd.

5.2 The referrer and referred friend must both comply with all other terms and conditions related to event bookings, including our Cultivate Success Refund Policy and any other relevant policies.

5.3 Cultivate Success reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated on our website.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 By participating in the Referral Program, both the referrer and the referred friend agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Cultivate Success Privacy Policy.
